Toma Vagner was born on Sakhalin Island, Russia, now living and working in New York City as an artist and illustrator. She graduated from The School of Visual Arts. Alongside commissions and commercial work, Toma is working on personal projects, with her subjects ranging from musical instruments and childhood toys to mazes and mental disorders.
